Tracey is the Executive Assistant to our Director, Angela and is often the first port of call for those contacting the office. Tracey comes to us with more than 10 years’ experience supporting executive staff. Throughout her career, she has worked for Training, Recruitment, Retail, Engineering, Mining and Community Service sectors.
Tracey excels at event planning, facility management, travel coordination, diary organisation and accounting tasks. She brings to her work an enthusiastic nature, a commitment to providing excellent service skills and exceptional organisation capabilities.
Angie has recently completed her Bachelor of Training and Development at University of New England and has a background in accounting. Angie has been involved with manufacturing and mining industries and worked in RTO’s for over 7 years dealing predominantly with Traineeships. Angie is a Small Group and TAE workplace trainer so well placed to help you with your questions and needs.
Joanne is an experienced VET professional with over 20 years’ experience working in Registered Training Organisations. She has more than 10 years experience providing leadership and management to a team of staff ensuring high quality educational delivery and outcomes for students. With a proven track record of successfully managing resources and staff to improve educational excellence, quality and compliance, she possesses the required enthusiasm, vision, drive and adaptability necessary to manage multiple sections in a changing and diverse educational climate.
Jeff is an experienced RTO Quality and Compliance Professional with over 9 years of VET experience as well as a wealth of life experience. Jeff brings with him extensive ISO experience in Quality, Safety and Environment, as well as managerial experiences in Hospitality, the Energy Sectors and Civil Construction. Jeff has vast experience in a range of areas, including:
- Experience in assisting clients with initial and re-registration, including attending ASQA Audits
- Writing and developing accredited and non-accredited training resources in a number of areas, including:
- Certificate II and III Security Operations
- Certificate III Logistics
- Certificate III Process Manufacturing
