As a Client Liaison Officer with Vivacity, Michael is the key point of contact for our clients, assisting them by managing the process of their Package. Michael assists our clients with the writing of Training and Assessment Strategies, Delivery and Assessment Plans, understanding the requirements of assessment tools and trainers, as well as answering all those difficult RTO/CRICOS questions.
Michael commenced his career within the training industry in 2012 in the capacity of Training Coordinator and Student Liaison Officer. He has extensive experience in student engagement and working with assessment tools and training resources.
Michael loves working with our clients and watching them grow through our process to gain a better understanding of the training industry.
