|Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations for registrations will only be accepted in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Nikki Abercrombie at Abercrombie Management (email@example.com). Registration cancellations made prior to 1 May 2016 will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $100 to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date. As an alternative to cancellation, a colleague may attend in your place if the Conference Secretariat is advised.
All changes and additions to your registration need to be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Please note that in registering for this Conference relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list (excluding emails) for the benefit of all delegates, and may be available for parties directly related to the Conference including the Organising Committee, venues and sponsors (subject to conditions).Vivacity supports the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended.
Photographers will be taking photos throughout the Conference at sessions, social events, and the exhibition areas as well as during informal gatherings. These photographs may be used by Vivacity in publications, for promotional material or for other purposes. Should you expressly wish not to have your photograph used, please contact the Conference Secretariat, Nikki Abercrombie at Abercrombie Management (firstname.lastname@example.org).
